What is coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative process in which a trained coach helps you to achieve your specific personal or professional goals. Coaching can cover a wide range of topics, from career development and leadership skills to wellness and personal growth. Coaching is not a substitute for counselling, therapy, mental health care or substance abuse treatment.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Coaches and therapists may use similar tools and techniques, but their approaches to helping individuals is different. While coaching may consider past factors that hinder progress, the process mainly focuses on the present and future, assisting individuals in overcoming current obstacles and achieving specific goals. In contrast, therapists often delve into past experiences to gain insight into emotions and behaviour. I offer in person coaching within London, or online sessions wherever you are in the world.
A typical 1-2-1 session is 50 mins, these can be pre-booked at a frequency you prefer.

My coaching style is based on person-centred approach that emphasises treating my clients with respect, complete acceptance and understanding. I believe this is fundamental to establish a trusting relationship. I support you to find the answers within yourself, and help you find your way to make the changes you seek.
